Unlucky in Online Purchases

It seem like I quite unlucky in online purchases. Is either my parcels lost by UPS or item came broken when arrived.

But today UPS had place it outside my door again and never press my doorbell at all. Last month then I complain my items lost only yet today UPS place it outside my door again.

My concern is my necklace came broken!!!!!! sian......
